July 15 (Day 1) Saskatoon to Regina

We spent most of the day packing and preparing for our trip.  We had planned on leaving tomorrow morning for Winnipeg.  Mid afternoon we decided that we would leave today and travel to Regina to make the Winnipeg trip a little shorter.

We left shortly after 5 (5:17pm to be exact).  The trip to Regina was uneventful, as it is a trip we have done often.  There was more construction on the road than normal, but to be expected as this is the construction season on the prairies.

We stopped in Davidson at the Dairy Queen for a bite of supper and then continued on our way, arriving at around 8:30pm. We are settled in and are catching up on our daily fix of "the internet".
